A graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Business and Public Affairs, Kyle also played collegiate volleyball and remains deeply connected to his Chicago roots. He enjoys cheering on the city’s sports teams, collecting Michael Jordan memorabilia, spending time outdoors with his wife, daughter, and dog, and dreams of opening a craft beer brewery in retirement.

A proud graduate of Wofford College, where he also played collegiate baseball, he combines discipline, leadership, and a competitive spirit with deep industry knowledge.
